why I'm obsessed with this "AI for principals" workshop

I'm at Disney World with my nephew Levi.
He's having a blast on Splash Mountain — singing, laughing, completely carefree.
Until we reach the top.
That's when Levi sees the boats ahead of us plummeting down ... and he loses it.
Screaming. Panicking. Full meltdown mode.
I'm sweating, wondering if I need to find some emergency stop button to rescue this poor kid.
Then gravity takes over.
We go crashing down.
And something wild happens ...
Those screams of terror? They turn into screams of joy.
By the time we hit the bottom, Levi's giggling uncontrollably, begging to go on the ride again.
Here's what hit me in that moment:There are two sides to every coin.
Everything Levi was feeling — the racing heart, the adrenaline, the tears — was exactly the same whether he was terrified or thrilled.
Fear was on one side. Adventure was on the other.
Same coin. Different perspective.

This applies to your Do School Different journey too.
Right now, you might be staring down AI like Levi stared down that drop on the rollercoaster.
Thinking: "This is scary. What if kids cheat? What if I can't keep up? What if this destroys education as we know it?"
But here's the thing ... That same technology causing fear? It's also your biggest opportunity to create the kind of campus experience students can't miss.
To prepare kids for a future where AI is everywhere.
To stand out as the leader who didn't ban the tool, but taught students how to leverage it ethically and effectively.
Last month I spent three hours breaking down exactly how to flip that coin in a workshop with an innovative Ohio school district.
And I recorded the whole thing.
Inside this training, you'll discover:
The 10 AI Principles every Ruckus Maker needs (think of them as mindsets, not technical skills).
Live demos showing you how to actually USE these tools on your campus.
How to move from fear to opportunity when it comes to AI in education.
Why Doing School Different in 2025 requires embracing AI — not avoiding it.
The simple frameworks that make AI accessible even if you're not tech-savvy.
This isn't about becoming an AI expert.
It's about becoming a Ruckus Maker who leads with curiosity instead of fear.
When you grab the full recording, you'll get immediate access to watch at your own pace — plus all the demos I ran live.
It's time to flip the coin.
Keep Making a Ruckus,
Danny
P.S. Remember: "If education ain't a bit disruptive, then what are the students really learning?" This is your chance to disrupt in the best possible way.
