Stop paying the price of "analysis paralysis”

I stared at the JOIN NOW button for the 28th time.
I was suffering from “analysis paralysis.” Which is weird because I usually have a bias for action.
That JOIN NOW button today represents one of the best investments I ever made in myself. A program called the altMBA. It was built by one of my mentors and I trusted that it would deliver incredible outcomes.
But for some reason I waited and waited and waited.
I didn’t join the second cohort. Not even the 10th. Not even the 20th!
I “thought about” joining the altMBA for 28 cohorts. Literally YEARS!
And it cost me.
I wasn’t able to apply the lessons, frameworks, and tools to get results in my life for all those years I wasted “thinking.”
I can easily point to 10+ ways the altMBA changed me and to tools and frameworks I still use years later.
Stuff that was inaccessible to me for years.
Worst of all, it was an “unforced error,” meaning I caused the problem. No one else did.
The point is procrastination disguised as "thinking about it" is expensive.
Translated to school leadership, here’s what it means …
I KNOW your district cares more about ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE DATA versus lil ole STORYTELLING.
But what I’m telling you is this: Effective storytelling can move even a stubborn staff rowing in a different direction, to being fully bought into whatever plan you have to create a LEGENDARY campus experience.
The Influence Engine — a brand new, 6-week storytelling program begins in just over 48 hours.
Keep Making a Ruckus,
Danny
PS … The Influence Engine begins in 48 hours. If you are ready to land your message and move your people to action, then join here.
