She was anxious about losing funding (Here's what I told her)

Last Tuesday, I was on a Zoom call with a principal on the East Coast.
She was stressed about federal funding and how to cover a lot of the programs she wants to run at her school.
What if the money doesn't come? She asked. What if I need to make even more cuts to programs or people?
I could hear the anxiety in her voice.
I walked her through a simple 4-part framework I learned from Jim Murphy, a coach of elite athletes.
It's called the Fearless Four. A four part process you can focus on each day (and create great results).
It goes like this:
Give it your best (100% of what you have today).
Be present.
Be grateful.
Focus on your routines and what you can control.
You can’t control results. But you can control your approach.
The same principle applies to communication.
Most leaders obsess over what their message achieves: buy-in, compliance, better test scores.
But the best leaders focus on the process of communication: storytelling.
That's why I built the 10 Elements of Legendary Stories Framework.
It's the process elite storytellers use to create buy-in, inspire action, and move people — without manipulation or coercion.
Master the process. The results follow.
If you're ready to stop winging it and start leading with stories that land every time, reply with one word — STORY — and I'll send you an invite to The Influence Engine — my brand new, 6-week story telling program.
Cohort begins October 9th.
Keep Making a Ruckus,
Danny
