This guy, this dual-threat phenomenon, is arguably the best baseball player in the world, signing a $700 million contract.

What’s his secret to setting goals? It’s a tool called the Harada Method. At 17, Ohtani drew up a "Mandala Chart" that systematically broke down his biggest goal — getting drafted #1 into the MLB — into smaller, actionable steps.

It wasn't just about what he wanted, it was about the character traits and habits he needed to build to get there.

Moral of the story is: What gets measured gets managed.

But more than that, getting the result you want is an inside job. To achieve monumental, world-class goals, you need a system that focuses on both the external outcome and the internal shift that has to happen. It’s about being intentional about every step, not just the finish line.
