I come from a family of liars ...

True story 👇

Last Thursday, I told a story about LIES to a group of Ruckus Makers.

After I finished, I asked the group what they noticed.

Philippe said: "I noticed the contrast. The spender, the saver, telling the truth versus telling lies."

Lori chimed in: "You're thinking it's going to go a certain way and then the end was not expected... you reframed it almost like, yes, you're a liar too, but the heart of what you were doing was something good and beautiful."

But Danny's comment hit different.

He said: "You weren't just telling it, you were living it. And that made it much more compelling."

Moral of the story: A well-crafted story doesn't inform. It transports.

And when people feel transported, they lean in. They remember. They take action.

Now, how does this apply to leading your school?

I’m glad you asked …

Every Ruckus Maker knows that reimagining education requires more than data and directives.
